About Carole

Following her return to full health after a life saving transplant in 1991 Carole turned to her first (musical) love - singing. As a member the "Jazz at The Fleece" committee she was in a position to hear virtually all the vocalists on the circuit and notwithstanding her admiration and respect for them all, thought that she might just resurrect her career. A happy chance meeting with guitarist Michael Spearman led to their musical collaboration. Local gigs and a demo CD soon followed and subsequently more prestigeous work and eventually her first CD "It Amazes Me" Carole's second CD "I Believe in Love Songs" was released in September this year.

As well as being a singer in her own right, Carole is a member of the "Jazz at the Fleece" committee. You can learn more about the club by looking at www.jazzathefleece.org.uk.
